Agreement to Terms

By using Focuswift, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We've tried to keep this simple and human-readable.

What Focuswift Is

Focuswift is a personal productivity app designed to help you manage tasks, stay focused, and achieve your goals. It's built for individuals, not teams or corporations.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• Don't share your password with anyone
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Focuswift
• One person per account (no sharing accounts)
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Focuswift for anything illegal
• Try to hack, break, or abuse the service
• Spam or harass other users (if we add social features)
• Scrape or copy our content without permission
• Reverse engineer the app

Subscription & Payments

• Free plan is free forever (with limitations)
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime (no questions asked)
• Refunds are handled case-by-case (we're reasonable)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Your Content

Your tasks, projects, and data belong to you. We don't claim any ownership. You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Focuswift running 24/7, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break, and we need to do maintenance. We'll try to give you a heads up when possible.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll try to give you notice and a chance to fix the issue (unless it's something serious).

Disclaimers

Focuswift is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service. Back up important stuff.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
